this is william wallace, chloie's best friend. he's in the orion house at durmstrang, which is the equivalent to a hufflepuff. he's a seventh year, just like chloie. they met on the way to durmstrang and have been bestfriends ever since. william is actually in love with chloie, but feels he can't do anything about it since she's in an arranged marriage with someone else. i love the idea of him being the spunk of happiness in her life. i really want someone to make him <3 his playby should be alex gaskarth because, well, alex is amazing and fits william perfectly!
